Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the item within 60 days from the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@lilyindustrial.comwith details of the item you wish to return, including the order number, reason for return, and a photo showing the item’s current condition. For quality-related issues, attach images highlighting the specific defects and the product tag (with QC sticker).
- Approval: Upon reviewing your return request, we'll guide you on the next steps and where to send the returned item if your request is approved.
- Processing: Our customer service team will facilitate a prompt refund following the successful receipt and inspection of your returned item.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition, with original tags. Proof of purchase is required.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
- Returns initiated without prior approval from us will not be accepted.
- Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if an error on our part or the manufacturer's part led to the return, we will cover the shipping costs.
- Custom orders or specialty items are final sale; cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits for these items are not permitted.
Exchange Policy:
To exchange an item, please return the original item using our return process. Once the return is accepted, you are free to place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon approval of the return. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
